02你提供與建立的內容Content you provide and create
你拍攝或選取的文件影像、辨識出的文字、你編輯的內容及匯出設定，會由本 App 用於文件辨識、編輯、儲存與匯出。OCR 由 Apple Vision 在你的裝置上執行。這些文件內容預設儲存在你的裝置上；我們不會透過自有伺服器收取文件內容。Document images you capture or select, recognized text, your edits, and export settings are used by the App to recognize, edit, store, and export documents. OCR is performed on your device using Apple Vision. Document content is stored on your device by default; we do not receive document content through our own servers.
03裝置設定與診斷資訊Device settings and diagnostics
本 App 會在裝置上保存偏好設定，例如顯示語言、外觀選擇及是否曾啟動 App。這些設定用於提供相應功能。若本 App 或作業系統、第三方 SDK 產生診斷或技術資訊，其蒐集與使用方式依該平台及服務提供者的政策為準；我們不會將你文件中的文字用於分析。The App stores preferences on your device, such as language, appearance, and whether the App has previously launched. These settings support the corresponding features. If the App, operating system, or a third-party SDK generates diagnostic or technical information, its collection and use are governed by the applicable platform and provider policies. We do not use text in your documents for analytics.
04iCloud 同步iCloud sync
若本 App 的版本與你的裝置設定提供 iCloud 同步，文件資料可能透過 Apple CloudKit 同步至你 Apple 帳號的私人 iCloud 資料庫，並依 Apple 的服務條款及隱私政策處理。同步可用性取決於 App 版本、iCloud 帳號狀態及網路連線。你可在裝置的 iCloud 設定中管理 iCloud 使用情形。If iCloud sync is available in your App version and device configuration, document data may sync through Apple CloudKit to the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account and is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Availability depends on the App version, iCloud account status, and network connection. You can manage iCloud use in your device settings.
05廣告與第三方服務Advertising and third-party services
本 App 整合 Google Mobile Ads，可能在啟動時顯示插頁廣告。Google 及其廣告合作夥伴可能依其政策處理裝置或廣告相關資料，以提供、衡量或改善廣告。適用地區會透過 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）呈現同意資訊及隱私選項；你可在 App「設定」中的廣告隱私設定管理相關選擇（若該選項適用）。詳情請參閱 Google 隱私權政策 及 Google 如何使用合作夥伴網站或 App 的資訊。The App integrates Google Mobile Ads and may show an interstitial ad at launch. Google and its advertising partners may process device- or advertising-related information under their policies to deliver, measure, or improve ads. Where applicable, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents consent information and privacy options. You can manage relevant choices in the App’s Settings under Ad Privacy Settings, when available. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
06相機與照片權限Camera and photo access
你可選擇授予相機或照片圖庫權限，以拍攝或選取文件。本 App 僅在你使用相關功能時存取所選影像。你可隨時在 iOS 設定中調整權限。You may grant camera or photo library access to capture or select documents. The App accesses selected images when you use those features. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
07保存、刪除與你的選擇Retention, deletion, and your choices
保存在裝置上的文件由你透過 App 管理或刪除；解除安裝 App 可能移除僅儲存在裝置上的資料。iCloud 中的資料可透過 Apple 提供的 iCloud 管理工具處理。廣告偏好可透過上方所述的 App 內設定或 iOS 系統設定管理。若你需要協助或有資料權利請求，請聯絡我們；我們會依適用法律回覆。You can manage or delete documents stored on your device in the App. Uninstalling the App may remove data stored only on the device. Data in iCloud can be managed with Apple’s iCloud tools. Advertising preferences can be managed through the in-App settings described above or iOS settings. Contact us for help or to make a data rights request; we will respond as required by applicable law.
08兒童隱私與政策更新Children’s privacy and policy updates
本 App 並非專為兒童設計。我們不會透過自有伺服器刻意收集兒童個人資料。若資料處理方式或適用法規改變，我們會更新本頁並修訂生效日期。The App is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through our own servers. If our data practices or applicable laws change, we will update this page and its effective date.
09準據法Governing law
本政策依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋，並以不牴觸使用者所在地強制性消費者保護規定為限。This policy is interpreted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence.
