01服務內容The service
Textory 提供文件拍攝或匯入、裝置端文字辨識、內容校對與編輯、版面整理及文件匯出功能。功能、相容性與供應情形可能因裝置、作業系統或 App 版本而異。Textory provides document capture or import, on-device text recognition, proofreading and editing, layout tools, and document export. Features, compatibility, and availability may vary by device, operating system, or App version.
02你的內容與權利Your content and rights
你保有你拍攝、匯入或建立內容的權利，並須確保你有權使用該內容。你授予我們有限、非專屬的權利，僅為在你的裝置上提供本 App 功能所必要而處理該內容。除非你自行使用 iCloud 同步等 Apple 功能，Textory 不會透過自有伺服器接收你的文件內容。You retain your rights to content you capture, import, or create, and are responsible for having the right to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as needed to provide the App’s features on your device. Unless you choose to use Apple features such as iCloud sync, Textory does not receive your document content through our own servers.
03合理使用Acceptable use
你不得將本 App 用於違法用途、侵犯他人權利、干擾服務安全或可用性，或試圖未經授權存取本 App 或相關系統。你須自行確認掃描、保存及分享的文件內容符合適用法律。You may not use the App unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with service security or availability, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems. You are responsible for ensuring that your scanned, stored, and shared documents comply with applicable law.
04辨識結果與匯出Recognition results and exports
文字辨識與版面分析由自動化技術完成，可能有遺漏、錯誤或格式差異。匯出或分享前，請自行核對重要文字、數字與文件格式。Textory 不保證辨識結果完全正確、完整或適合特定用途。Text recognition and layout analysis use automated technology and may contain omissions, errors, or formatting differences. Review important text, numbers, and formatting before exporting or sharing. Textory does not guarantee that recognition results will be entirely accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
05智慧財產權Intellectual property
本 App 本身及其名稱、標誌、介面與軟體受智慧財產權法律保護。除本條款明確允許或法律允許外，你不得複製、散布、修改、逆向工程或以其他方式利用本 App 的任何部分。The App and its name, logo, interface, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the App.
06第三方服務與 iCloudThird-party services and iCloud
本 App 可能整合 Google 廣告服務，亦可能支援 Apple iCloud。使用這些服務時，亦須遵守相應服務提供者的條款與政策。第三方服務的可用性與處理方式由其提供者負責。The App may integrate Google advertising services and may support Apple iCloud. Your use of those services is also subject to the relevant providers’ terms and policies. Third-party providers are responsible for their services’ availability and handling practices.
07服務變更、終止與免責Changes, termination, and disclaimers
我們可能為改善、安全或法律遵循而更新、調整或停止部分功能，並會在合理可行範圍內提供通知。本 App 依現況提供；在適用法律允許範圍內，我們不保證服務永不中斷或完全無錯誤。本條款不排除法律不得排除的消費者權利或責任。We may update, change, or discontinue features for improvement, security, or legal compliance, and will give notice where reasonably practicable. The App is provided as available; to the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
08條款更新與準據法Updates and governing law
我們可能更新本條款，更新後會刊登於本頁並調整生效日期。除法律另有要求外，更新自刊登時生效。條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋；任何爭議均保留使用者所在地強制性消費者保護規定及法定管轄權。We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Unless law requires otherwise, updates take effect when published. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights in your place of residence.
